What is the return policy?
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange it for a different size provided the following:
- The return is requested within 60 days of the date the order was placed.
- The returned item(s) have not been washed, worn or damaged and all original tags must be attached
To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Returns Center. Return shipping is free.
We’ll process your refund when we receive your item(s). Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your request. If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you.
If you would like to return items from multiple orders, please initiate the return for each order separately and print and return the orders with their designated POs. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return and refund.
Shipping charges for 2nd Day and Next Day will only be refunded if your order arrived damaged or the wrong item(s) were shipped.
Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
eGift Cards are not refundable or transferrable.
Do you allow exchanges?
We offer free exchanges of the same item you ordered for a different size.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, we suggest you place a new order and return the item(s) you have for a full refund.
